1. What LoyalBite Is
- →LoyalBite is a digital loyalty platform that lets customers earn and redeem rewards at participating restaurants.
- →We connect customers with restaurants — we are not responsible for the food, service, or offers provided by restaurants.
- →LoyalBite is currently in pilot phase. We are testing the platform for market fit and exploring whether this can be built into a sustainable business. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we grow.
2. Your Account
- →You must sign in with a valid Google account.
- →You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- →You must be 13 years or older to use this app.
3. Earning Stamps
- →Stamps are earned only by scanning a restaurant's QR code at the time of visit.
- →Stamps cannot be added manually, transferred, or purchased.
- →Restaurants control their own reward rules (e.g. how many stamps for a reward).
4. Rewards
- →Rewards are subject to availability and the restaurant's own policies.
- →LoyalBite does not guarantee that a restaurant will honour a reward.
- →Unused rewards have no cash value.
5. Data We Collect
- →We collect your name, email (from Google login), and visit history.
- →Your data is used only to operate your loyalty account.
- →We do not sell your data to third parties.
- →See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. What We Don't Do
- →We do not send OTPs or SMS messages.
- →We do not store payment or card information.
7. Account Suspension
- →We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the platform (e.g. fraudulent stamp activity).
- →Restaurants may be removed from the platform at any time.
8. Changes
- →We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
- →We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
9. Liability
- →LoyalBite is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from restaurant closures, expired rewards, or app downtime.
- →Our maximum liability to you is limited to ₹0 (pilot phase — free service).
10. Governing Law
